It was tricky to meet the requirements for the creation of parking spaces in the heart of Munich:
100 sqm in the basement, 6 vehicles (SUVs), only one entrance, charging stations for electric cars, remote control of the facility from within the house.

With our MasterVario R3C concept, we help ensure that the future residents of the object in the Sankt-Anna-Strasse will enjoy Munich without having to look for parking spaces.
