The Holland Park district is located to the north of Eekholt and Amsterdam Zuidoostin in Gemeente Diemen in the north of the Netherlands. Beginning in the 1970s, 100,000 sqm of office space was built in this area, which was later converted into a residential zone due to a high office-vacancy rate. The construction and renovation of the district began in 2015. Today, it is characterised by beautiful houses with versatile facades, as well as canals, streets and green courtyards.
The first buildings in the new residential area, which will eventually consist of more than 2,500 apartments, were completed in May 2017. In order to ensure optimal parking in the limited space available, KLAUS Multiparking and its sales partner Parkeer Systeem implemented a perfect parking solution based on MultiBase 2078i premium parking systems from KLAUS Multiparking.
This system allows two vehicles to be conveniently parked one above the other – even with a low installation height. To date, KLAUS Multiparking has already installed 244 parking spaces in Holland Park.
