The Future Needs Tradition

Klaus Multiparking Australia is owned and managed by three architects.

Rueben Pather, Simon Gilson and Chris Stoikopoulos discovered themselves in the mechanical car parking industry as they found a need in the market place when trying to specify them for a project locally in 2003. Whilst car stackers were being marketed and sold in Australia for some time, we felt that we could offer an unprecedented level of service and design input.

We have spent considerable time and effort educating traffic engineers, councils, architects, town planners and developers the benefits of using mechanical car parking systems and have seen through some of the concerns held by such bodies.

The demands of the relatively fledging industry needed accurate, technical options expediently. In many cases, the use of stackers is not a selection from a catalogue, but rather a detailed exploration of the parking configuration to find the most cost effective, user friendly system possible that achieves an optimal number of parking spaces for the project brief. In many cases we have been able to improve the brief and dramatically increase the yield of a project through our ability to consolidate parking on site.

As architects with an ongoing practice, we are fluent with the Planning Scheme, BCA and Australian Standards. The projects we are supplying stackers to are often very similar to the projects that our practice is working on and our expertise in this sort of development work is exceptionally high. It is this expertise we offer to assist in the design of the most effective method of parking for your project. We offer such a service throughout the conceptual and design stages to ensure you get the right mix to get the design and spatial considerations correct.

Klaus equipment complies with EN14010 and is constructed using the highest technologies and manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality systems are installed in your projects. Our installation and service crews are all full time employees with German factory training to ensure that their skill and knowldge of the systems is second to none. We do not sub-contract any service or installation.

Klaus Multiparking has taken the view to only supply and install one make of mechanical car parking equipment, for the simple reason that we believe Klaus equipment is the best available.

With considerable negotiation with our German partners, we are able to offer such a high quality product with the most competitive pricing available.
